Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By using Levare you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

These terms apply to the Levare mobile app (iOS and Android) and to the website available at levare.app.

2. What Levare is

Levare is a personal lifestyle support tool designed to help you log and organise information related to your GLP-1 journey.

With Levare you can:

• Log injections or oral doses and track your pen stock
• Record your weight and body measurements over time
• Note how you feel across your weekly cycle, including self-reported symptoms
• Track your nutrition, hydration, food noise perception, and physical activity
• Keep a personal journal with mood and free-text notes
• Generate a summary PDF to bring to your doctor's appointment
• View general pharmacokinetic information about your chosen drug

3. What Levare is not

Specifically:

• Clinical benchmarks shown in the app (e.g. published GLP-1 trial data) are provided for general informational context only. They are not personalised medical evaluations
• Pharmacokinetic information (curves, estimated levels, half-life) reflects population averages from published literature and may not correspond to your individual profile
• Automatic prompts (e.g. body composition trends, nutrition reminders) are informational nudges based on data you self-entered. They are not clinical recommendations
• Food noise is a self-perception indicator logged by you. It is not a validated clinical measurement
• Any decision about your therapy, including dose, timing, escalation, or discontinuation, must be made with your healthcare provider

Levare is not registered as a Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) under EU Regulation 2017/745 (MDR).

4. Accuracy of data

All data shown in Levare is data you entered manually. Levare does not verify the accuracy of what you enter. You are responsible for:

• Entering correct and up-to-date information
• Not relying on the app alone for health or clinical decisions
• Treating the summary PDF as a personal log to support your appointment, not as a certified clinical document

5. Free access and future pricing

Levare is currently available free of charge. We may introduce optional paid premium features in the future. Core tracking features will always remain free.

Any changes to the pricing model will be communicated at least 60 days in advance via in-app notification.

6. Intellectual property

Levare, its design, source code, content, and brand are the property of the Levare developer. The design system, UI components, and visual identity are protected by copyright.

The data you enter in the app is and remains your exclusive property. Levare makes no claim over your personal health data.

7. Service availability

Levare is primarily an offline app. Core features do not require an internet connection. However:

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice
• If the service is permanently discontinued, we will provide tools to export all your data in a readable format before closure
• We are not liable for data loss caused by device malfunction, app deletion, or device reset

We recommend enabling iCloud or Google Drive backup to protect your data.

8. User conduct

By using Levare you agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Use the app for any purpose other than personal GLP-1 journey tracking
• Share the summary PDF for any purpose other than personal medical use

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Levare is not liable for:

• Health or clinical decisions made based on information shown in the app
• Data loss caused by app uninstallation or device malfunction
• Inaccuracies in general informational content due to changes in published research
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or unavailability of the app

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the competent court is the Tribunal of Cagliari, without prejudice to the consumer's right to bring proceedings before the court of their place of residence under applicable consumer protection law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms with at least 30 days' notice via in-app notification before changes take effect. The updated version will always be available at levare.app/terms. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
